ISSCC’26 Demo Session

The demo of “SMoLPU: 122.1μJ/Token Sparse MoE-based Speculative Decoding Language Processing Unit with Adaptive-Offload NPU-CIM Core” was presented at ISSCC’26 Demo Session. The demo showcased how much faster SMoLPU is compared to Jetson Orin Nano.
